    They went from being one of the strictest anti-marijuana states, to heading in the right direction

    Now the question is how easy will it be to get a medical card. Like in California you just pay and they give it to you. On the east coast unless you are in hospice care or close to it you don't get one.

    It looks like Arkansas became a MMJ state too!

    California, Nevada, and Massachusetts legalized recreational!
