I still have a badly battered leather pair bought on the street from an african guy and the reason they have lasted more than twelve yrs is that I wear them next to never. They are made out of dark red leather and the bottom part comes from worn car tires
Yes I have a pair but I only wear them when I’m away from home to avoid catching athletes foot when using a public shower or locker room
I have a pair of them but I never wear them. i have found that I like the sandals with Velcro straps better.
I own some nice ones made of leather, mainly to use during my work (and easy to get off under the desk). I think leather feels way more fine than the ppastic / rubber material.
Aldo has some nice ones that are cheaper than Birkenstock (i think). Sandals | Aldoshoes.com US EDIT: Yep. Cheaper, but not exactly the same. You get what you pay for I guess, but I like the Aldos. Men’s thong sandals | buy online at BIRKENSTOCK
If I’m not at work, I’m bare or in flips. Of course I’d rather go bare but sometimes you can’t. And it’s easy to slip them off and on. I have about 25 pairs of flips and only 4 pairs of shoes.
