Mmm i've never tried marinating avocado, i usually just mash it up with lime juice, salt and pepper. I'll have to try that. I'm a flexetarian, never realized there was a name for it. I usually eat meat maybe 3 times a week and do a lot of vegetarian meals in between. This isnt a meal but one of my favorite snacks is - cherry tomatoes, basil, a piece of mozzarella, and..oh wait haha, i just realized i usually use pepperoni. Well, depending on your mood, add a slice of pepperoni or not, isnt it great being a flexetarian? Put these ingredients on a tooth pick, sprinkle some salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy! These also make great finger foods for parties

This is definitely me. I eat a lot of vegetarian meals but still like meat here and there. Here's a simple avocado dish, a quickie. I wouldn't have thought of trying this combo. [SIZE=14pt]Avocado Toast with Chili Flakes[/SIZE] 2 slices multigrain bread, toasted 1 ripe avocado 1 Tbsp honey chili pepper flakes to taste Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Divide the flesh between two pieces of toast. Using a fork, mash the avocado to spread it and create a creamy layer. Drizzle honey over top. Sprinkle with chili peppers.
