Soft I tend to stay around 5.5-6 inches. Erect it's more around 8.5-9 inches.

 

Guess I'm a lucky girl, and those measurements are for real too, measured the thing myself, lol. I think I shared a pic or two privately with a couple of my friends on here. My hubby is not the biggest I have seen but I really enjoy what he's got, size isn't everything ya know.

I wonder when people will get used to the difference between inches & centimeters.

 

I'm fairly average (i think), on a cold day i'm about an 1.5" soft and the balls are hard & tight, on a warm day i hang about 3" with a soft ball bag, when i'm hard i'm about 6". Not big in length but it does have good girth!

 

All grow some, mine is anywhere between 2.5-4 inches flaccid but 8 when erect

I to am a grower not shower,,,But mine is a little crazy, cause mine goes from like an inch and a half to like seven inches.. its almost to the point where its givin me a complex and i really prefer to show it omnce its hard rather than when its soft an\d flacid....does this happem to anyone else out there and whats your coping skills when it comes down to this matter?????????/

 

I'm not proud to say it but im not really a shower or a grower, just a mehhh kind of penis. I go from about 4 inches soft to just under 5 inches hard

 

and it's not the size but what you do with it that counts.
