    tea tree oil!!!!!!!! i swear by the stuff. i go through sooo much of it. just mix it with water in a spray bottle and spray your scalp. it kinda tingles at first, but its a great relief. good luck!!!!

    Rosemary tea. Boil water. Put in rosemary. Steep it until it's nice and dark. Put it in a spray bottle. Voila.

    I had the flakes pretty bad for the first month or so.. it eventually goes away I find.
    I used knotty boy itch relief. It helped but you can make it yourself. Just get a spray bottle and add some essential oils.

    ahh thank-you! :) my mom does a bit of massage therapy, so i'll raid her cabinet to see if she has any tea tree oil i can use tonight.. i'll look into the rosemary tea thing, too. and it's definately good to hear the flakes die down eventually! ^^;;

    i've got this great soap which is good for the scalp, if you know the soap shop "lush" then go in and just ask for dread soap.. i got one called "new shampoo" its round, its red and its a stimulating spice shampoo for "a happy scalp"! It smells devine and helps with itches and flakiness! (fresh handmade and naatural - what more could you want?)
