Five-term Washington state Rep. Matt Shea circulated a manual for holy war.

Shea wants to start a 51st state based on guns and the lord.

Called the "Biblical Basis for War," the manual calls for surrender based on an acceptance of no abortions, no same sex marriages, no idolatry or occultism, no communism, and the obeying of biblical law. I guess Socialism is okay.
If you don't yield his solution is simple..... kill all the males (and I assume take their women).

Also it's okay to use deception and assassination.
