Bump for 1 hour on the exercycle - at approx 19-20km throughout as I didn't want to annoy my sore knee. Still feel knackered!
Past several days I've been working up to getting back to my 100+ squats a day routine. Plus daily yoga and dance, but today I did some major dancing like 90 minutes worth of non-stop dancing.
I've been doing 100 squats and 100 lunges on each leg for the last few days trying to prepare for wftda testing tomorrow. Today is a rest day.
I usually do them in sets of 25 throughout the day . If I do them all at once, probably around half an hour.
I have been walking a lot more..I need to concentrate and focus on fitness and eating right now..focus, focus
This evening: 250 pushups (10 sets; 25 reps) 100 bench dips (4 sets; 25 reps) 24 50lb. dumbbell curls (3 sets each arm; 8 reps) 16 chin ups (2 sets; 8 reps)
Just finished practice which included timed cone weaves (10 cones 5ft apart under 6 seconds), 27 speed laps, speed laps on one foot, 1 minute planks x10, 12 second single speed laps, 20 second backwards laps, one footed 30 second balance, 5 minutes of lunges, 5 minutes of burpees, and 5 minutes of plie squats.
Are you doing zumba for the exercise or because you like your fellow participants? Just wondering I never heard of a guy doing zumba before.
At my old gym, we had several male body builders that would come to Zumba when they were in a "cutting" phase lol. They were surprisingly really good at it.
