Alright starting to see some results! Probably helps that I've had two hot baths to sweat out excess fluids but I've dropped the couple kilo now and only one to go. =]
Only .5 kilo away from my goal now. This 15k steps a day is starting to take form. also my protein drink I'm having mixed with my mid section is good too. And I have a banana too which an Internet advert said it totally melts fat and is totally legit.
Full body workout with the trainer today, my first workout since getting the flu last week. I'm pretty proud of myself though, because I did three sets of 10 100 pound dead lifts. It might not seem like much for some people here, but it is a huge accomplishment for me.
You've gotta start somewhere. It's better to start light and learn proper form. I see so many people at the gym who load the bar up with weight, but have their legs straight and their backs bent. Good way to mess up your back while getting none of the benefits you should when lifting with proper form. 100 lbs is a good start for a female beginner.
I've done deadlifts before, but I've never gotten up to 100 pounds. I am still not confident to do them on my own yet, though. I am starting to notice results as well! Jeans that used to be tight, are now feeling a little loose, and a few friends have made comments about how tiny I am getting.
People told me I looked a lot skinny but I never noticed it, even when the scales said I was losing weight I couldn't see it. I only see it when I look at a photo of myself now. I can mainly tell in my face, and then my torso.
1 hour on the elliptical. It's my favorite cardio machine. It's been almost a week since I went to the gym and it really shows.
Went snowboarding before the snow melt. The snow quality was that of a sno-cone. In other words not much fun to ski on.
