Interesting. I always knew it was excess fluids because I feel bloated too and yep, after a few days I'm back to normal. But atm I still feel blergh. And it looks like I put on weight. :d but I don't think I really have. Another thing too on weekends I notice that the meals get bigger and more frequent. I don't eat much during the week, piece of fruit a day. A sammich. Then dinner. But weekends seem to revolve around the idea of foods. So you know, we go for breakfast and coffee. That right there is as much food as I'd eat during the awake periods of my weekday. Then it's lunch. Then dinner. For two days. =p no wonder I never feel good on Mondays.
Did a 90 minute full-body routine... did the big compound lifts (squats, bench, rows, shoulder press), about 200 kettlebell swings, some bicep curls and some dumbbell work.
I just worked a 12 hour shift. I'm wore out from it. See what kinda energy I have tomorrow I want to hit the gym again.
A 12-hour shift alone sounds like enough of a workout for one day, especially if physical labor is involved.

Hey guys I just got back from the gym and they have this awesome new machine there. I only lasted 30 minutes though before it made me sick but it does everything. Kit kats, Mars, snickers etc.
mmm today i did: Squats some gay machien exercise for my quads, i dunno wtf its called weighted lunges (these fuck my hamstrings up bad, in a good way) seated calf press box jumps jump rope
ok guys, good to see the regulars still on the grind here got back from the week off 3 days ago, and I decided to do another 16 week block of pull/push/legs/rest that said, just finished leg days, did: squats leg press seated calf standing calf lunges goblet squats to finish everything off... feeling good, feeling good. also, met another girl who lifts at the smoothie place...I like smoothies. cya all around.
Taking the week off from weights... doing all body weight exercises this week -- pushups, pullups, bench dips... On top of that I've been hiking almost everyday this week, so have been getting in a lot of cardio.
