routine 2: Preacher curls, rope triceps push downs, deadlifts, shrugs, twisting weighted situps, twisting leg lifts, forearm rope thing Stretching. Might hit the bag later for cardio Gonna add 20 lbs to deadlift next time
Man, personally i think deadlifts are pretty grueling and sometimes a pain in the ass. Just started doin em cause they seem to be maybe the most useful exercise
yea, they are pretty taxing on your body. When ever i do them i make sure to do them last because they drain me. I usually only do 3 sets of them maybe once a week. I try not to go to high in weight though because i hear a lot of horror stories, although its usually from poor form i think
Yeah theyre brutal. Im kinda lazy with em since i dont like em. 2 sets of 5 a few times per week. I go pretty high in the weight and no problems yet. My form isnt perfect. I round my back a little too much but not terrible. Gonna try 315 next time. For me the hardest exercises tend to be the ones that use the largest muscles. everyones different but the most grueling for me are weighted lunges, deadlifts, leg press, bent over dumbbell rows, and weighted decline situps
Like I said...You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.
Most people don't know how to do a proper deadlift to save their lives. They use a lot of weight, but they're not even utilizing the right muscles and usually end up just fucking their back up.
yea sometimes i see this at the gym, people loading the bar up with 45 pound plates and their back is rounded as fuck. I cant even watch. I dont wanna butt in and give tips though. party because i never talk to anyone at the gym other then my friends and also because i dont want them to get pissed.
How cool would it be to be able to do this: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yXr4es-KAs0 Someone pisses you off so you go to the parking lot and flip their car over like in the movie the replacements
dude is strong as fuck. i notice he is lifting in converse, i usually do that too or vans. they r both good for squatting and deadlifting
Nice, when she’s jumping up she reminds me of the ‘Man Show’ Girls jumping on trampolines https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-mWq5B6sU0 Hotwater
weight routine 2. Damn are deadlifts brutal. Bunch of stretching. touched my toes for 20 seconds straight. most flexible ive been in 20 years. 3, 4 minute rounds on the bag. My cardio def could use work. Gonna start jumping rope once it gets warmer outside
I did not workout today, but my SO and I just joined a gym with our cross-couple. I've gone twice this week, which is more than I've gone in like 3 years. XD I actually really enjoy this gym, the atmosphere there is much more comfortable than it is most gyms I've been to. My routine has kind of fallen to: 1.5 miles of cardio (working my way to 3 miles) 50 leg reps on 2 machines (set @ 35lbs) 50 arms reps on 2 machines (set @ 50 lbs) 100 core reps on 2 machines (set @ 50 lbs) 3 miles of stationary biking (currently @ level 6) I think I'm doing pretty good for only going twice. Probably gonna grab some yoga today to get my body stretched out. I'm pretty sore.
