And you are probably overweight. Your mind cannot be healthy if you body is not. Basic knowledge. A person that is out of shape physically will not be in the best of shape mentally.
Same, except I did mine on the stationary bike. Getting through all 8 reps is torturous as always, but nothing compares to how you feel afterwards. The high you get is better than any drug high.
I chopped wood and ran or cycled with the dog every day last week. Got some muscle aches but it feels good. This is as close as I get to fitness.
Do any of you guys smoke marijuana after working out? Ive recently started doing that and i find that the high is sooo relaxed. I'll only take 1-2 hits so i dont think it will be much of a problem. Some people get all bent out of shape about it (no pun intended) but its not like im smoking a cigarette or anything.
If you do it long enough you will sweat like a pig (even when its freezing outside) And when you get the fire really going later you will sweat like a pig too... So on a sidenotence the fire in the wood stove really got going I could make it last 3 hours on one piece of wood (kept the room on a solid 23C degrees)
No, the rest of my parents house stays cold when the wood stove is up and running. There is central heating (and floor heating in the living room/kitchen, which is one big area) but that gets regulated on a thermostat that is located in the living room as well so therefor the thermostat doesn't activate the central heating system when the wood stove is doing a good job.
He might be the smartest man in the world, but it doesn't speak for his mental health or whether he suffers from depression. I do (however I vape more often than smoke) after and sometimes even before my workouts. Granted I am using the right strain, I actually can get more into my workouts when I have taken a few hits beforehand. It almost seems to take my mind off the strenuousness of the workout. A good sativa seems to greatly enhance my workouts, but only within a limited time frame which is usually after having just imbibed. But yeah, a few hits after my workouts really gives me a nice, relaxed feeling. Plus I feel good from the workout, which contributes to a better quality of high (usually a positive and uplifting one).
I have a paraplegic relative who lights up people around him. I'm glad you feel good about yourself. There will be a time when you don't feel good, I hope you have the mental health to withstand it.
Bump for bench presses, deadlifts, barbell curls and my usual 300 pushups. I finished up with about eight sets of 25 kettlebell swings (45 lbs) done as a high-intensity exercise.
