I get bored. When it warms up, I'll spend more time outside cycling and running and less time in the weight room (at least I always say I'm going to do that)
I did 3 sets of 10 chinups 8 sets of 10 burpees 3 sets of 10 50 lb dumbbell curls 3 sets of 20 dips 250 pushups In under 40 minutes.
Pullups are overhand. Chinups are underhand. So yeah, chinups are easier than pullups. I do chinups so I can get more reps in.
Yeah, I can do 10 pullups easily, but it gets kind of hard once I get to the third set. I still do pullups as well, but usually when I do it's only a single set of about 12.
I almost forgot....heavy chest and core today. I just really wasn't into it today. I actually hit new highs on weights today but I had to talk myself into it. It's just been a Monday and I wasn't very thrilled about the entire day.
I simply didn't go today...which seems more notable than when I do go. I was actually ready and just about to walk out the door when I remembered my basketball team is playing tonight. I should have remembered that and hit the gym right after work. That was my original plan. I'll make it up tomorrow.
A bit sore after an intense session of kettlebell swings and chinups. I forgot to take my BCAA's beforehand, too.
