I was going to skip circuit training tonight because I have band practice, won't have time to eat, I'm a little tired.....but then I opened this thread and (once again) asked myself "What's your excuse going to be? What lame ass reason will convince you?" Well....my dinner is already done in the crock pot, I have plenty of time to eat and shower, I can be late to band practice.....so I guess I'm a little tired. That isn't an excuse. Conversation over. I'm ready. :afro:
Did 30 minutes of HIIT before work tonight. HIIT is the best form of cardio a person can do. I will periodically mention this to drive it home so people get the point.
It is hard to believe it is the same person. I for one can not see it easily The waist in the after picture looks almost too thin for the girl in the first pic.
I don't think that's the same person at all either. been reaal lazy about working out past week. got one in this morning...
Oh, I've heard of that class. I think it's called "raising the barre" at my gym. Seems like it'd be great for improving balance.
Weight lifting class last night. I need to increase my weights on Saturday. That wasn't challenging at all.
