    No Heat from this direction. God forbid that our State should miss out on a $20. fishing license fee.

    They want to tax I-pod downloads, and add extra taxes for soda and cigarettes. The Empire State seems to have lost its dignity, scraping and shaking the cup for more money, crying poverty. Meanwhile thier Agents and Employees; like your Ranger Rick are swarming all over the state in full throttle dudley-do-right mode. Where are the layoffs and budget cuts in the public sector. Apparently N Y State has enough $$$ to send Ranger Rick wandering about looking for unlicensed fisherman on private property.

    These people are screaming about more taxes, for what?

    Thank god you werent busted for the kind ,by Ranger Rick.
