First time grow dutch passion lowryder blueberry

I'm meant to cut my plant down thisweek but I'm not 2 sure, so i'm asking for some advice. My plant is fully grown in height and the top bud is pretty big and the other one are smallish to mediumish in size the hairs have started to turn brown about 25 percent of the whole plant, so when should i cut it down? Also when should i start flushing it with water?

 

give it one good feed of water and let it go.. til the soil just bout drys out... Many people do different things. (i harvest plants differently each time) ..

Pictures would help /anything can cause the hairs to brown . Just touching them cause do this, wind... ect.

leaving the lamp off for 24hours to 36 before harvesting is recommended ,. I find this bring out the best of the crystals..

trim buds of heavy leafs while still in planter, wait another 24hours dark. cut and hang..
