not to contradict or doubt you, but how do you think the gum could have an effect on the potentcy? Unless there is something in the gum or that powder (cornstarch) that it is covered in to prevent it from sticking to the wrapper.
We all know that tap water (chlorine) can render LSD inert, but gum?

 

yeah gum is tricky you are just asking to lose lsd molecules to it.

 

unless you swallow the gum (did she?). even then, wonder how that would work.
