First time doing dxm?

^ Thanks for the advice. I'll probably take the Diphenhydramine 30 minutes before dosing next time. I do hope that I stop getting itchy eventually though because I've read that Diphenhydramine can change the character of the trip.

 

not sure if the itchiness comes from the dxm molecule's similarity to opiates but it should get better. once you get a tolerance the itchiness won't be as bad, but itchiness is usually the sign of a strong experience. i've smeared myself with hydrocortisone and benadryl anti itch cream and still scratched my skin off.
