IMHO, the best plugs in the market are the njoy Pure Plug Large and 2.0. They're stainless steel, VERY easy to clean, never smell once cleaned and feel amazing. I wish I had gone with the large right away, I bought the medium first but it slip out. The large and certainly the 2.0 stay put and feel wonderful.

Insertion is pretty easy for me...I use a bit of lube, stand with one foot raised up on the bed, a chair, edge of tub, etc. and go slow it slip it in. Larger plugs a minute or two but I don't rush it.
