So I've been a struggling on/off vegan for a while now. I love cheese and ice cream so much. But I've finally just gotten tired of it, and I'm giving it up for good now. I've been on a 60-70% raw diet for the past 6 months or so. I'm planning on finally becoming a raw vegan though. Wish me luck!

In other words, people with the traditional preparation of their warm meals kill all good matters in their food which fix your helth and beauty. Warm food is a "dead food" which doesn´t have nothing worth for your health anymore.
Doesn't that depend on the kind of food? Some vegetables are better raw and some are more beneficial when heated.
