I've been thinking about enrolling into film school for the past four years or so. The one big thing stopping me is money. I'm not by any means "well off" and the astronomical fees are what's putting me off. Are film schools worth the money? Is there a cheaper way to gain the experience?
The cheaper way to gain experience is to make your own movies. as for being worth the money, they can help you get started, but its not guaranteed.
