File sharing...

    Joker is right, it's basically the upload rate that tells them, also where the files are in the in 10 million chance your computer actually gets seized. Solution? Have your files download to one folder, then move to them to another when they're done. Can't be traced to a program, can't be uploaded by anyone.

    the fucked up thing is that the artists these organizations are sueing for don't even end up getting the money back..they just keep it!

    i will seed smaller obscure files that will have less than 10 seeders... anything beyond that.. i feel is being properly shared already

    Ditto. On Ares normally I move songs from the folder I download into into my music folder right when whatever group I have is finished downloading. If its more rare song though I keep it in there for a few days in case it gets uploaded by anyone.
