I've tried out the free ones. I'm not paying for a dating service. Seems like buying a hooker, if you ask me. Went on a couple dates from those. One of them I dated for a couple months. I don't mind 'em. Easy way to find people, really.

the difference i see is that with online dating site, theres a clear intention to meet someone and attempt a relationship. with HF, that intention isn't there like on a dating site. relationships can happen here, but thats not the goal of this site. with me, i did have a relationship here with someone - i never intended to have one, but it grew and blossomed into us dating and i was happy with it.
