So I read this in the news today.

What does everybody think about that? I've seen a lot of dislike or lack of will on these forums to use things like dental dams, and stuff for oral sex and whatnot.

Also one of the women in the article cited above, was really dumb and stopped treatment, (I have no idea why, perhaps treatment hindered sex drive or orgasm? Perhaps one of you guys might know)

This is terrifying...I don't use protection for girl on girl (or for oral sex in general for that matter). I actually don't know anyone who's ever used a dental dam.

I would assume she stopped her treatment due to financial reasons. Especially since her partner was donating plasma for extra income.

Well, note it did say this case was extremely rare.

Some people stop treatment because they believe it makes them sicker.

    Yeah it's pretty scary.

If this gets more serious though, and more reports of these transmissions keep happening I will have to adopt a very hardline view on sex.

I only know 1 person (a girl) who insisted on the use of a dental dam.

But in my view the dental dam literally destroys the benefits of oral sex, to the point of why even bothering continuing.
