Feel pretty dumb being a veteran smoker...

    Thats pretty slick. I've been boxing since I was 11 and was in pretty good shape, and then I moved to Dallas when I was 17 and took thai boxing for the 7 months I was there, but when I moved back here I kinda slacked on my conditioning for about a year. Don't get me wrong, I dig boxing, but it just wasn't the same. I'm moving to San Antonio in December and I can take thai boxing at my friends gym, so now I'm really motivated to get back into shape. I try not to do exercises that would make me put on too much weight, I only weigh 155 pounds and I don't really wanna fight over 160 for a while. I'm really focusing on my cardio, so I do lots of running, I also do lots of crunches and try hit the gym at least three times a week, but sometimes I just have to make up for it by lifting weights and doing push-ups at my house. I still need to get into better shape too. Good luck with the knee man.

    i have always wanted to take thai boxing or some other sort of fighting style. i love UFC and Pride Fights. i just never had the time to take any of those types of things....i'm more of a swimmer. but maybe i can take one after i get out of school. i know i won't be able to compete, dont' wanna run the risk of any more head injuries, but just doing the training seems really cool to do. good luck with getting back in shape for that.

    maybe we could trade training tips or what not...i dunno, just a thought

    2 weeks is all thc stayes in the body...so i dont know what ur worried about
