Yep... just saw that. They will focus on making sure cartels aren't involved, minors aren't sold/given weed and it doesn't cross state lines...

This whole thing makes me wonder how long it may be til it is legal in all states..

Keep in mind, he has said this before and done the opposite. Like when he said he wouldn't be having the feds bust up dispensaries and their licensed growers under federal law. That they had more important priorities. That same year the feds went to town on dispensaries in cali (and some other states, if I'm not mistaken) lmao

I hear you and I know what you are saying, but no, he has not said this before. This is new and significant. I'm 80% sure that Colorado and Washington will be left alone now as long as they keep herb out of the hands of children, etc.
