FBI agent drops gun while doing a backflip

All I know is, this guy is in a lot of trouble. He was probably drinking too, which makes this worse.

 

This guy was just being a dumb fuck. Seriously can't stop laughing!

 

Another one of those safe gun users. I've personally seen a few accidents too. The culture is not always that smart about their "rights". It just comes with the territory the kind of people who believe they need to be armed 24/7 are not always the people who think things through.

He's concealed carrying while drunk. Pretty sure even FBI security level will not help.

 

That's the thing that will get him in the most trouble. Those guys think they can just do what the hell they want to do and think they are untouchable. The guy that got shot should be suing the pants off that chump.

His major fuck-up wasn't dropping the gun out of his pocket while in mid air; it was picking it up by the trigger.

 

it's never a good sign when dropping your gun while dancing drunkenly at a bar is not your major fuckup.

The guy is in serious trouble and violated several statutes in the FBI ethics handbook (for on and off-duty conduct) including the excessive use of an Intoxicant, unsecured firearm, unauthorized discharge of a firearm, and behavior unbecoming an employee for the DOJ

He's finished as an FBI Special Agent

The guy who was shot in the leg has one hell of a lawsuit – he’ll make millions while the soon-to-be former FBI agent is lucky to get a job as a mall security cop

 

Is this something the NRA would get involved in? A law abiding law enforcement officer who can and should be carrying a gun because of his job made a mistake. I would hope they support gun safety but with current politics they might need to support any gun use.

 

I would be surprised if the NRA came anywhere near this one.

 

He needs to do a little jail time for being stupid, especially if he was drinking. This is worse than a DUI. If the average joe did something like this, they would be put under the jail. Thank goodness the patron that got shot wasn't fatally wounded and is still alive.
