What is your favourite liqueur? I like Grand Marnier, Green Chartreuse, Cointreau and Dom. I never thought I'd like Baileys until I tried it. It's like liquid ice cream. Great for a Christmas treat.
The only time I ever touch anything harder than beer is the occasional Irish coffee with Jameson and a splash of Baileys Otherwise my tummy doesnt like liqueurs or liquors
I love Irish coffee. Yet I'd strangely forgotten all about it. Something to remember as a treat for the future.
I dont drink liqueur if any at all. maybe a single sip at a party. but the pic posted was in the cabinet when I was a teen.. took some patience to drill the hole, I made a bong out of it.
I'd forgotten about crème de menthe. You can drink it mixed with water and it's also in the cocktails "The Grasshopper" and the "Stinger", which I'd never heard of. I'm pretty new to cocktails. I'd like to learn to make a few in time. It seems like a more civilized way of drinking and a way to experience new tastes, as opposed to sitting down with a half bottle of whisky and getting blotto.
Did I mention Goldschlager. I've had that. And something called Aftershock (think cinnamon cough syrup). Um... I'm forgetting what some of the stuff was called. I've had Jagermeister before too.
Aftershock's evil twin, Avalanche. Aftershock was red and Avalanche was blue. They were cinnamon and peppermint respectively I think. It's been awhile...
