the first Hendrix song I heard was his version of the star spangled banner, and it blew my mind. so that's the song that got me into Jimi

Everybody keeps sayin' Voodoo "Chile". Isn't the title of the song Voodoo "Child", or does it have 2 names?
They are different songs. 'Voodoo Chile' is a long blues jam (it lasts fifteen minutes) whereas 'Voodoo Child (Slight Return)' is about five minutes, a lot heavier, with amazing guitar playing.
