    There are a few covers that i love:

    HIM - wicked game - first song i heard by HIM and that got me into them. Its sooo much better than the original

    HIM - rebel yell. It really kicked ass! as good as the original.

    All along the watchtower - jimi hendrix. A classic.

    Phantom of the opera - Nightwish. totally totally amazing!! Even if Tarja did miss the high C at the end! lol it still rocks!!

    My favorite has always been The Doors' cover of Van Morrison's "Gloria" off the Absolutely Live cd, but I hardly listen to them anymore...

    Bah! I left out "D'Yer Mak'er" by Sheryl Crow and "Out On The Tiles" by Blind Melon. Those two could vvery well be my favorite.... :sunglasse

    a perfect circle redid when the levee breaks by led zeppelin. it has piano instead of harmonical, and reminds be of elevator music, but in a very good way. the original off led zeppilin iv is still 100x better tough.
