well theres some which you have to cook to eat. and we cook it on the BBQ. and its damn good.

i ask stuff alot but if i dont ill never l;earn

 

emmental on burgers or anything that requires sliced cheese. occasionally bavarian smoked..

and of course parmesan to top pastas off.

Rennet comes from cow's stomachs....it is used in a lot of commercially made cheese

I love Camembert. mmmmmmmmmmm. Love blue cheese too, so good.

 

Hands down, Gouda is my favorite. Hmmmmm....that kind of cheese could ruin a man...
