    there's a lot....Bob Dylan's my fav in everything so yeah he's got the best voice :D
    there's Jeff Buckley and Tim Buckley, Lou Reed, Janis Joplin, Neil Young....nobody's mentioned John Lennon yet, he's got soul in that voice. for anyone who doesn't know about Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, he's got maybe the most amazing voice I've ever heard, but his music's not too appealing to a lot of people in the west, it's a shame. Cat Stevens had a unique voice too, I love it....Bob Marley....man there's too many....

    hmm...chaka khan, billie holliday...and NO ONE has as appealing and fun a voice as bootsy collins.
