i'm not much of a pie person. i don't much care for fruit pies at all. fruit is for eating raw, with maybe a little sour cream and choped up fresh with others, or just washed off and eaten right off the tree. baking or cooking fruit in any form, especialy when it involves glazing or adding a bunch of sugar or even when it don't pretty much screws up everything about fruit that is otherwise good about it. pumpking pies, cream pies, these are ok, but even with these there are better and more gratifying things to do with their ingredients. like kinds cheesecake flavour combos, ice creams, mooses and flans, cookies and soft cookies and of course cakes and cup cakes and muffins. =^^= .../\...
