My aunt lived in the same apartment since I was born. Her and her husband are now moving to a retirement neighborhood. They had a radio set with a turntable, receiver, double tape deck, and another box that I don't know what it's for. Honestly I only wanted the turntable but they had it all in a nice set in a perfectly fitting cabinet. So I said I would take it off their hands. My uncle said he hasn't played it in over 20 years. I am kind of wishing I didn't give my sister all those tapes now.
I'm on twitter so I have some Indie Artists that follow me. 1 of my favorite singers is Natasha Zimbaro who was part of a band called "PRTy H3RO" now she is a Country Pop singer.
The first opera written on Canadian soil was Joseph Quesnel’s Colas et Colinette. Written in 1788 and first performed in 1790 in Montreal. Here it is shown in a modern production. While quite unique in its musical form, their are certain similarities to Mozart's composition in many of Quesnel's works.
