i guess the first men in black would qualify, thematically anyway, except its all most too well done and high quality to be in the running. i'd call all the guns and cars and cars and guns movies b-grade, for being so over done. over and over and over and over and over and
pretty much the penultimate right there. i just remembered meteor man. that was totally fun. i think something called kick ass, that i've never seen, nor cared much about, but got a lot of popularity in its first run, would have to qualify too.
