cold water, from a jug i keep in the fridge, with just a drop of lemon squeezins in it. that's for quenching thirst. for flavour: iced mochachino. or simply combining milk, choclet and cold coffee. the latter i also put/mix on unsweetened dry cerial (when i have any in the house which i don't always). the resault is my usual desert. i do also have a small exxpresso machine which we were given for our wedding and occasionaly use. (one of those little tiney ones that makes about enough esspresso to go in the bottem two cups at most, and about enough steam for a grand total of about four). milk out of the fridge (2% myself usualy) and about 3 heaping tsp's/cup of powdered instant chocklet, and a little cold coffee (also out of the fridge) is quick, easy and just fine. i do like orange and other fruit juces, provided the're real juce of real fruit, not fruit flavoured sugar water. another good one is called an egg cream. for no really good reason. but that's what it's always been called. basicly just a chocklet soda. make the usual chocklet milk with milk and powdered chocklet, then add soda water. plain celtzer is standard but ginger ale works fine too. or even 7-up if you don't mind it being that sweet or use less sweetened chocklet or unsweeted coco. (which with unsweetened you have the problem of emulsifying. that's what the lecithin in the powdered chocklet is for) =^^= .../\...
