haha yea, and even with my activity levels, i still wouldn't touch it unless that was going to be truly 1/2 of what i'd eat. so probably on a day with heavy training haha
Why is everyone going on about how bad coconut milk is for you. It might be high in saturated fats but it is also very nutritious.
Not bitter, just sarcastic. The industry is up to all sorts of sneaky tricks to cut costs and increase profits at the expense of people's health. They're not all like that, but many are taking advantage of people. I'm doing more of my own cooking such as making bread, soups, and pasta so that I don't have to rely on packaged food. .
I mention coconut oil and other oils such as cottonseed and palm. Those aren't the same as coconut milk. Those oils are usually hydrogenated to give them a fatty texture for use in packaged foods. The oils and the process are generally cheap and give the product a long shelf life. That's why they use them. Hydrogenation also makes them saturated or trans fatty which isn't the best thing for ones health. The non-dairy coffee creamers are sometimes wrongly thought of as being healthy because they are non-dairy, but many are made of hydrogenated palm and coconut oil. I'd rather have milk. .
Did not know that. I prefer full fat channel island milk, with the cream on top like it's supposed to have. It's like the most nutritious part!
i can't eat sugar without getting sick anymore. i had a handful of skittle yesterday and had to take a shower to wash out the instant grease that showed up all over my face and body. it's like i go into toxic overload.
