If you are obese,
your joints stuff up
you can't wash properly
you can't wipe your arse.
you get skin problems/rashes
you can't walk properly.
people poke fun at you.
you slip in the shower.
you have falls.
sleep problems.
sex is difficult.
your heart is a problem.
poor circulation.
low self esteem.
you don't look sexy.

Get the idea?

 

Well, and to Matt... and what I have to say has to do with this comment...
when you said over 200 lbs... first of all, you gotta take people's height into consideration. I'm over 5'11'' tall so when I weighed 200 lbs...and I'm not that much below it now (in the 180's) that's a bit different than a girl who's 5'4'' weighing 200 lbs... I just get kinda annoyed by the whole 200 lb thing that for some reason I seem to hear a lot... hear ppl say "oh she's like 200 lbs"... not even about me but just randomly I hear that like that's some magic number..
and I don't really have a point but just going off on a bit of a tangent...

 

It sounds like you are talking about morbidly obese with many of those issues. And yes, being overweight comes with health problems, which I think everyone knows...

I'm not African American, but still that would be a funny diagnosis.
