A few years back my brother lost his wallet at a 711 it had alot of money in it and he was sick to his stomach becuase he knew especially in vegas he would not get his money back......to his surprise a young christian couple found it and returned it to him with all the money still in it...and the reason he knew they were christians becuase they said it was a opportunity to witness to him

well i got the girl for sure now. we still have not hung out off work. a weird sequence of events happened for both of us where we both saw the same person during the day and he relayed messages without me or her knowing it. a wtf moment today then both us were like 'hell yeah' alright alrght. i already know a little about her..so i feel good.

so it feels a weight has been lifted..amazing...

so in a few days we are going to a mountain pass about 50 miles away, take some buds and see happens.

 

also a dude i work with, he grows, but does not smoke, i got new picked buds yesterday. they need another week and he hooked me up. so now i got a bud hook from a dude who doesn't smoke but has healthy beautiful green buds.

this has been the best september....fuckin ever

 

So I told ya how I applied for a promotion at work. Well while I was on vacation I got a call for an interview yay!! Made it past the first hurdle.

But now I'm getting nervous b/c I've worked with the person I'm interviewing, in fact he hired me as a casual.

But ya I'm starting to freak out.

i borrowed my friends chainsaw yesterday...used it for an hour before i slipped the chain and now it is not cutting properly..i hate fucking up other peoples stuff

i'm rethinking my plans, yet again. thinking about not going back to university in january, but instead going to college in the evenings for business while keeping my job with my dad. if i stay with the company, i'll be running things in 5 years and making a really good living. i'm thinking that maybe i'd rather do that now, make some money, buy a house, and then go to school for pleasure later on in my life. as much as working with my dad can be really frustrating at times, i really do love working with him, and the best times i have at work are when i sit down with him and brainstorm how to make the business better, what we should do in the future...

blah, sorry for rambling, but i just felt like i needed to get something out, and my journal is out of reach, haha.

 

What type of work is it?

We're in a different time now-education doesn't guarantee a job.

 

it's a flooring business, nothing exciting really, but it pays the bills and people always need floors. there is also a shift in the industry to more environmentally sustainable products and practices, and it would be nice to be able to steer the company in a more sustainable, planet-friendly direction.

i'm also questioning myself because going to school now would mean we would have to move about 45 minutes away from our families. doesn't seem like much, but my sister in law is having a baby in january and we'd really like to be around as much as possible.

hope you will still have motivation and amount of fun in 5 years when you go back to Uni.
