There are ways to eat without cooking every day. Leftovers are my favorite. I never cook without cooking enough for a few other meals. On days where I don't want to cook or eat leftovers it also takes only 15 min. to make a salad of raw and cooked veg and boneless chicken breast. I always keep some cooked chicken breasts and cooked veg in the refrigerator. I use these to make a quick stir fry or a burrito-type wrap with plenty of cooked veg in it. The meat and veg can also be used with pasta, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, parm cheese and a sprinkle of lemon and dry white wine (or not) to make a dish in 15 min, or less. Healthy cooking does not have to complicated or time-consuming. There is no limit to what you can do with a little creativity.
Its true. I've worked at a fast food joint for three years (I'm leaving soon though for a better job). When I first started they used regular paper, but then a year or two ago corporate switched all stores to a new "grease resistant" paper. And even better? The grease or "oil" used for the fryers has an anti foaming agent in it.
am I the only one that finds it odd that you shop at walmart? and admit it too? Anyway, I have several lasko fans and I never noticed a plastic smell, anything more than maybe the new smell when you first open the box. I've never had one of their heaters, though, and I probably wouldn't trust lasko brand products with electrically charged red hot metal. They are pretty crappy products. But with the fans, it only takes one drop out of the window to knock one of those cheap brittle ass blades off the fan rendering the whole thing useless. Ive had motors quit working in them, and the switch broke in one of them once, too. Cheap, disposable, unreliable bullshit. I wanna get the solid steel air circulator my mom has had since the early 70s. my grandkids hopefully will enjoy that beast too.
