Doctors and senior staff have to pass English assessments, but a lot of support staff struggle to make themselves fully understood. They are mostly eastern European or Indian, however, they are good at the routine jobs that they do. The girl who took my blood samples last week may have had difficulty chatting to me, but she found a suitable vein within a few seconds and took the samples without a feeling a thing.
Urgh that would be disgusting. I think i saw something on this though when it was doing the rounds on facebook. Headline was Farts on a plane.
