Great idea original poster, I sincerely hope it works. However, as has been mentioned, many have tried but failed. I have found that events organised via the internet aren't too successful on the whole, because it's just SO easy to disappear if you change your mind. I have at times disappeared on my OWN events, which isn't good at all... But anyway I wish you the best of luck.

Well, though it appears to have disappeared already, there are a few individuals who have been puting in some time to lay the foundation. We realize that there needs to be a strong basis and a cohesive idea before others are willing to jump in, so that is what we are in the process of doing.
I'm begining to think this may be harder than i thought. But I have another idea. Perhaps when the Rainbow family gathering comes around next year we could all meet at that. That will save alot of time and money for me because someone else has already planned that way can get right to buisness plus have a larger variety of people to voice their opinions. Let me know what you think.

I'd like to suggest that people start locally. Hipforums, school, Craigslist, classified ads are great ways to get smaller groups going, from there hopefully the movement will grow with each smaller group branching off, then eventually meeting up nationwide. I am going to try and start a discussion group around where I am.
Freedom - is what we ask for. Everybody wants to be free. But it's not easy. It's so hard. Well, you know, you may think -I'm free - but it probably not true. You can't feel it. Just God make you feel it. You become free when you get things done, like they never been done. When you really won. When you understad - I don't need money. I need love. sounds like a good idea. Not a solid idea yet. But it has potential. Start planning now, work out detail after detail. ex: expenses, topics, where to meet, how long to stay, is there going to be food. etc... If this were to actually become something real, it would have to be planned extensively. And people would actually have to show.
