Agreed with the sexual harassment thing, nothing makes people more scared than telling them you're getting them for sexual harassment. I saw a guy get fired once because two girls accused him of sexual harassment and he hadn't done a thing to them but be related to the manager they were on a mission to get fired. This time you really have something, if they go around canning people willy nilly for shit that's not true, you've got something because it IS true. I'm sure they even have paperwork that you can use against them. You'll have that whole school kissing your ass with just two words.
