Incest and sexual assault are two different things. Incest is consentual, and sexual assault is not. It's as simple as that.

What is your definition of "higher animals"? Proponents of homosexuality point to the fact that animals engage in homosexual acts at times, hence it's "natural". Animals also practice incest. My guess is that in order to diminish the significant of this fact, you're only considering the actions of "higher animals" as legitimate. Nice try, but incest occurs in nature, too.

I have no affection for Kinsey. The man put children as young as FOUR into a lab, had them masturbate and "tested" how long it took them. Nuff said on him. He also obtained simillar information from known pedophiles for his "research." When I was studying Psychology, Kinsey was almost totally discredited by rational psychologists and researchers. If Farrell had a relationship with him, it means nothing good to either of them.

Yes I know closely related people cannot healthily "fall in love." Healthy people don't look to their own families to find sexaul relationships or sexual LOVE! Sick people might (but even MOST sick people do not, only pedophiles do.)

I think you are misguided if you truly believe that. You are making such a broad generalization. Surely, there must be ONE couple who who has had sex not because of any sexual perversion, but because they wanted to.

 

Can you find one? The APA (American Psychological Association) sees incest as an emotional illness, ONE? Who knows? Normal people don't fuck their daughters. Yes, they do.

When you look at homosexuality, you see a LOT of "Normal" well adjusted people. When you look at pedophiles, you see people with SERIOUS psychiatric problems, when you see their victims, you see serious empariment FROM the sexual abuse. You DO NOT see this with or from adult (or adolecent) consensual homosexual sex.

Fair trial and "trumping the victims rights" don't have to go hand in hand.

And I can't define every situation a woman can be raped in, and I'm not going to play this "what if" game you want to play. If a woman feels she was forced to have sex with a man, that is rape.

And I didn't mean that you are going out oppressing raped women, just that your attitude on the subject is a perfect example of why women aren't coming forward with their charges. Things like "women should take more responsibility" and "we put too much of this on the men" is the exact type of thing women hear to make them feel like the rape was their fault, and makes them feel ashamed because they got raped, like they caused it, or deserved it.

It doesn't matter if that woman is wearing the tinest skirt in the world at the craziest party in the world, a man does not need to force himself on her. The act of rape is completely 100% the man's doing. No matter what the woman has done up until that point.


Now incest...I think that consentual adults having insestual relations is very rarely gong to be prosecuted, basically no one is likely to end up in jail in that situation because who is going to charge them with the crime when both adults are willing in the relationship. Basically, it isn't much of an issue. Our incest laws are to protect families from sexual abuse, to protect families from becomming victims. The laws are there for a very important reason.

Hell, I know cousins who are married, and I don't judge them. If they are happy then they are happy. What I would have a problem with, however, is the parents that sleeps with their children, has their children sleep with each other, etc...Anything where people are being tken advantage of. Especially young children who don't necessarily know their rights yet when it comes to their own bodies (and of course wont be learning it from those type of parents).

Comparing incest to homosexuality isn't relevant because there isn't near as many cases of homosexuals taking advantage of little children, as like in insestuous relationships. And a man that rapes boys isn't necessarily homosexual.
