Magazines and the entire mass media are run by lawyers these days, who push the boundaries of the law and beyond depending on how much money they can make. Money decides what is fake news, what is entertainment, and who gets to decide the difference on any given occasion. You can bankrupt a company like Fox News, and another one will simply take their place, and the trick is to level the playing field itself, and make everyone, including Fox News and Wall Street, pay the price for all the lies.
