None of the products that you mentioned above are unhealthy in themselves. The companies also take great care that they never cause an outbreak of food poisoning that could send them bankrupt overnight and because customers never see the raw food, they don't add coloring to the meat.
The damage to our health from the so called 'junk food' is mainly that most people eat it in ADDITION to their normal diet, rather than as a main meal. The second and rather more complex issue is that meat products take longer to digest than the normal sugar and carbohydrate snacks.
As we eat, carbohydrates are initially converted into simple sugars by the alkalinity of our saliva. Then the acid in the stomach further digests the meal for a couple of hours and breaks down the protein and fat content. The food then passes through the colon systems for compacting and water absorption.
When midway through this process, meat is eaten, it mixes with the food already in the stomach and ends up in the colon before protein absorption even starts. Mineral and vitamin content is also wasted. Therefore our body ends up with all the bad content and none of the goodness.
Healthy eating involves a lot more than simply what food goes into your mouth .

    exactly!! you are great

this is also what i learned 1 year ago

like you said "As we eat, carbohydrates are initially converted into simple sugars by the alkalinity of our saliva. "
as you rightly said carbohydrates need saliva (mastigation) for digestion, meat needs stomach acid. Now when you combine MEAT + CARBS (most people do that) = you can not digest neither of them well.

Thats why meat should be eaten with (if) with veggies
and starchy carbs should be eaten alone

carbhoydrates require different digestive enzymes than meat , as you said, wilsjane

    regaring fast food :

the only problem i have with them is the refined oil - you know the cheap, golden color oil - . This should be avoided at all costs. The damaging effect it has on our body is vast
