He's not exactly sitting on your face... He's laying down on top of you. And hopefully, to avoid crushing you, he is up on his knees (which are on either side of your head). Unless he is HUGE, if your head isn't on a pillow, there should be plenty of room for you to get air. Then you just move your head up and down (or let him do the work, if you want to). Personally, this is a great position for me, because I have to tilt my head back, opening my airway perfectly to get nice and deep - and with him stimulating me on the other end... Ohhh yeahhhh...
