Facebook Facial Recognition !!!

Don't you remember when they added a "check-in" feature and didn't tell anyone it was automatically turned on unless you turned it off? I also had to change somethin on mine (Can't remember the exact details atm) to a secure line or some bs like that. It was awhile ago. Basically all I'm sayin is I frequently have to peruse the security options to make sure they haven't snuck anything on there without my knowledge. Be safe people. All I'm sayin.

The thing for me, the big question: Why? Why is all this really happening? I know about all the greed and money and control etc but what is the grand plan? The big vision? The final step? What the fuck is going on here? There was another thread somewhere that someone posted a video of these idiot teens using ID wristbands (not far off RFID chips) in a waterpark that was connected to their facebook accounts and their mobiles and all the rides in the park... Whenever they took a picture on their fucking phones it went straight onto the baycefook, complete with appropriate tags. Surely their calls, texts etc were also recorded. Slight lingering stench of the Apple I-phone scandal (that lasted about three days before everyone forgot and carried on living their AWESOME lives!). The laptop I am using has facial recognition software, you can opt to use it instead of the standard password. The webcam often turns itself on as a result of other applications and soemtimes I even take a picture when prompted. Then I feel like a dick. However, I am not ashamed of my identity as a natural human being. I know I am human, not a corporation, so their ways have little sway with me. It is the ignorant masses that represent the corporations that share their names that are prey in this hunt.

The bottom line is that nowadays - they are everywhere. They are reaching a new omniscient, omnipotent level of existence as an organisation. They see you, hear you, know you - all better than you would know yourself. Their arms have closed around the world and their fingers are locking together in a gruesome grasp that threatens to suffocate our world. Knowledge is strength but they have it all, we have very little as a whole. All of our work is guesswork. Only one thing is certain now and that is their certainty. Children are already conditioned to this existence, years of programming requiring years of undoing...

When I really think about it, I have to conclude that it far too late to fix this without a massive upheaval that would crush those that allow themselves to be crushed. Part of me thinks that this life would do that anyway, just prolonged, with more slavery involved. As Zach De La Rocha once screamed down a microphone: War within a breath - It's land or death.

The knowledge is out there, we must simply guide people to find it. Spread awareness. Don't buy into the bullshit, shed your conditioning and help others shed theirs. The time is coming when a critical mass of people will be aware of the true evils of the world, and when that happens, there will be an upheaval, as you rightly say is necessary.

Either that, or the "grand plan" will come to fruition and humanity will suffer.

 

imo, the whole surveillance thing is purely commercial, end of the story. the only reason we're spied on with everything we do online is so we can receive targetted advertisement.
on facebook i'm listed as "single", so the ads/banners i see on the side of my facebook are for dating websites. hell, if i say i'm eating crisps i get crisps ads.
the spying tools are also used by the police so they can investigate more easily, cuz hey, they'd be stupid not to use the internet when it can narrow down their searches.
but yea, i dont think i care if the CIA could recognize me in the street and could tell me "hey u a crisps eater". besides i lied when i said im eating crisps, so there, in their face

 

I've seen zeitgeist (check my sig, I recommend it!), I'm "in the know" as it were.

It does not end with targetted advertising and lawful police investigation, recent history has shown us that. They are taking all the information they possibly can on everything they possibly can - not just people and their consumer habits. I know it's money, I know it's power, I know it's control, like I said...

But what is the ends that these things are the means to? A continued dumbing down until the general populous become dull-minded machine operators? Why? What is going on? Why is the world like it is and why is it becoming what it is? What is the BIG answer to that? Why do they want targetted advertisements to make their sales more effective? What do they gain from doing that that they do not already have? I want to know what happens at the point when all the lines converge. There is talk of plans of depopulation to come, one of the final steps.

If the holy books and ancient lores are anything to go by, we are on the brink (possibly in the middle of) an almighty struggle that will divide the Earth. Some sources say we emerge into a heaven on Earth. Some say only the worthy and faithful emerge. Some say that nobody emerges, it is merely armageddon.

I want to know why. Really why. The very route of the issue. Maybe there is really no reason? Maybe they don't know what the fuck and why the fuck they are doing this?

We must live our lives. Our free and sacred, God-given lives without fear, without opression, without tyranny, without restriction and without fear or shame. But how do we live them now, in this world? What is the cost? The very lives that we wish to live? That which is worthless but at the same time worth everything to us?

You say your "in the know", does that mean you have a plan?

 

Yes and no.
The Patriot Act is really a horrific piece of garbage. In my generation even the rumor of such a document existing would have sparked off political protests and revolts. But today the young blog about it and that's where the power of this document hides. In apathy and ignorance. (It took me more than a year to figure it out and I used to practice law)

Allow me to explain at the most basic level,

There is no piece of legislation that can be passed that will suspend or absolve the constitution. If any law or legislation violates or comes into conflict with the constitution, whether in whole or in part, by express action or in principe, the conflict is resolved by nullification of the offending law or legislation.

Note the use of the word "offending." Anything that conflicts with the constitution carries an implied sense of perpetrator.

Now there are some ways around the constitution.

1) An amendment
2) An emergency/war/attack

Only in the first case is can any contravention of the constitution be permanent. But with an amendment, the conflict is resolved and the legislation is no longer in conflict.

This means the Patriot Act still has oversight and it is a temporary piece of legislation that must continuously be reexamined for validity. What has been granted by the Patriot Act is a broadening of the ability of "governmental security organizations" to conduct investigations without the requirement to obtain consent.

However, they are required to document what they are doing and submit that for inspection. Any investigation that does not convey relatively immediate and sufficient probable cause must cease and any/all documents pertaining to the investigation are to be secured.

Now there has been a lot of abuse. But there has equally been a lot of cases where law enforcement/etc has had its ass served to them by the legal system. The courts take a very dim view on abuse of powers.

The problem is the entire "probable cause." That is ill-defined and subject to interpretation. And this is where most people leave themselves open to be attacked by law enforcement. For some people probable cause can simply be a case of having long hair and saying their brother is gay. And for others you need to be seen with a gun in your hand.

The safest bet is to keep your face off the Internet and keep your personal information safe. Because even a bad lawyer should be able to get you off if all you did was "say" you were/did something bad. But if you publish it on the net, you've effectively released the dogs of war on yourself.

To that effect you should also know who you're associating with. In this country associating with criminals can leave you open to a thousand problems. So you might want to consider that when dealing "virtual" friends and people you haven't seen in years. Because they might just release the dogs on you by association.

Just to drive the point home,
Keep your personal life and personal photos safe! But most of all keep them uniquely for FACE TO FACE conversations.

I hate to say it,
But it's just that simple. It's about money, greed and controlling the population so that more money can be obtained. To that effect there is no "new world order" and It's all just the "old world order." That being rich and powerful people doing what they must to remain rich and powerful and perhaps even make themselves more rich and powerful.
