Most fast food chicken is dubious already in the first place anyway. I'm not talking about the processing of the meat but how its actually grown. Too fast and under abominable conditions. KFC without actual chicken makes no sense, I would agree. But some attention and pressure on the quality of life of this meat is very sensible. Of course if quality of life of these consumption chickens would improve a portion of chicken fingers might cost even more Never mind then!

This is a fact. I worked in chicken processing for nearly 7 years. They come into the factory at 6 weeks old but are already full grown from the drugs they're given. They still chirp like chicks even. I've also seen many a 3 or 4 legged bird.
