extreme nutrition snack

    does anyone know of a recipe for a long lasting already cooked/Raw snack that has a lot of nutrition and large portion of the recommended daily doses of vitamins and minerals.

    ive been trying to make a bar of museli, chia seed and something like spirilina powder/hemp powder. but with all the ingredients and size, it just gets a bit sickening.

    ideas?
