Hey! I have no idea if you are still having this dilema, but i can't believe how much this is like what i go through. My boyfriend is also into street racing and a big car fan, and i am a total hippie. I have actually become somewhat of a car freak myself, however i have not changed any of who I am, i have just picked up a new interest. I have found the most common problem is not with lifestyle, it is when we ever start talking politics. I have awakened him to a world of hiking and camping and that kind of thing. If your fiance isnt into that, tell him you'll do a night at the races if hell do a day kayaking with you, you know what i mean? Let me know how things are going

its bad to change someone, let people live life out before they have real obligations.....and just because you have dreads, doesnt make you hippie, although they look totally cool....but i see where if you are completley different from your partner, its hard to connect...dont change him though, my ex-girlfriend was a fake fag punk, and i didnt even try to change her but...she clung to me like a leech it was terrible....and she was the worst hippie ever...she was disgrace, and now i look back on her as a dirty cheating whore...but even jerry loves her bitchyness....dont change him, you'll regret it...
